Shipping Policy – REPENT

Thank you for shopping with REPENT. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below:


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (such as drops or launches), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.

New Zealand (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Rural Shipping: 2–5 business days

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (Semi tracked): 5–15 business days 

  • Tracked economy Shipping: 3–7 business days

International:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Customs/duties may apply depending on your country (paid by customer).

  • Standard option is semi tracked

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Standard shipping options for international is semi tracked.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

REPENT is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@repentco.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.


Pre-Order Items

If your item is marked as pre-order, shipping times will begin once the item is in stock. Expected dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.
